In Win has unveiled a new case: the Prism. This is a case inspired by the Tòu 2.0 concept. Just looking at the shape of the case and the treatment of the glass panels, it’s clear that this is a modern adaptation of the original concept.
Prism: a new case from In Win!
With the Prism, the brand is offering a case with a very angular design, a far cry from the usual square box. In addition, there are a total of three glass panels on the configuration side, which are treated with a mirror effect and become transparent with the configuration’s internal lighting. Finally, compared with the Tòu 2.0, the front panel is made of mesh, allowing better airflow.
Despite all this, the case is no slouch, measuring 275 (W) x 530 (D) x 500 (H) mm. Weight-wise, it’s fine, weighing in at 10.01 kg.
Internally, it is compatible with ATX, micro-ATX and mini-ITX motherboards, and has additional openings to accommodate back-connect models. Otherwise, for the CPU fans, we have a height of 175 mm, compared with 435 mm for the GPU, which can be oriented vertically. The power supply is 238 mm deep.
Ventilation will be substantial, with a total of ten 120 mm fan slots. As for watercooling, the brand mentions a 360 mm radiator support at the top, front and side slots next to the motherboard.
Finally, the case has a handle to make it easier to move around at the back. It also features an aRGB hub for centralised management of 6 lighting devices and, of course, full filtration.
All that remains now is to find out the retail price of this box.
