It’s now Amazon’s turn to list the Alder Lake processors, with higher prices than what we had seen until today. Curiosity, the i9-12900K is subject to two different prices, on Amazon France and Amazon Netherlands.
Up to 920€ for the i9-12900K in France ?
A few weeks ago, several online stores, in the United States and Europe, had started to list the main desktop processors of the Alder Lake range on their site, with encouraging prices against AMD’s Zen 3. This time, Amazon France has also started to list the Alder Lake on its site, with much higher prices than before.
The i9-12900K, with 16 cores and 24 threads, is priced at 920 € on Amazon France, a much higher price than the one we saw in the past, which was around 750 €.
The i7-12700K with 12 cores and 20 threads and the i5-12600K with 10 cores and 16 threads
are respectively priced at €636 and €321. As for the i9-12900K we find higher prices, except with the i5-12600K which is again around 320 €.
In short, here we are with the first prices coming from one of the biggest e-commerce sites in the world (the English and Italian versions have also put the prices of the Alder Lake online). But this is still questionable. For the moment, Intel has not yet made official the processors nor their public prices, which should happen on October 27 and 28 during theIntel Innovation Event

Two different prices on Amazon France and the Dutch version of Amazon.
On the Dutch version of Amazon, the 12900K is priced at €846 while the VAT in the country is 21% compared to 20% in France. Another clue to reinforce the idea that the prices displayed are for the moment very hypothetical.
