Rockstar Games has released a trailer and images of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy. For the record, this trilogy includes the remastering of the games Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy , The end of year gift?
Let’s not be mistaken, it is a remastering (so an improvement essentially aesthetic) and not a remake. But against all odds, the first results are convincing. The 3 games have undergone a thorough facelift, enough to make everyone want to play them again, even for a short time.

At the end of this month, we celebrate a very special anniversary for Rockstar Games: 20 years since the original release of Grand Theft Auto III. In addition to blazing a new trail for the open-world genre, Grand Theft Auto III made Grand Theft Auto a cultural phenomenon, with its two subsequent – and equally legendary – entries in the series, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the Grand Theft Auto fans who have supported the games over the past two decades. In honor of the upcoming anniversary, we are pleased to announce today that all three games will arrive on current generation platforms later this year with Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition
