Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Tachyon finally unveiled

Gigabyte has been teasing its new Z790 Tachyon for a few months now. And until now, we had only seen images from HWBOT. Now we have a first visual that had somewhat slipped through the cracks. In a Facebook post on November 29, Aorus Philippines gave us a glimpse of the Z790 Tachyon. And this morning, it’s Aorus CZSK ‘s turn to reveal the same image.

In fact, we know that this Aorus Z790 Tachyon was supposed to be unveiled the first week of December. But due to a delay, this date of availability would be valid only for the Asian market. For Europe it will have to wait until the end of December.

In the meantime, we already have some pictures of the card in action in Germany at the overclocker Sergmann under LN2. A first score on 3Dmark01 and a second on HWbot X265 4K.

Meanwhile, Hicookie the creator of the Tachyon, is currently in Australia with the HWbot TeamAU for a cold session with some 13th gen and Z790 Tachyon in the banding.

As for us, we hope to get our hands on one of these Z790 Tachyon because the previous Z590 and Z690 versions did not leave us indifferent. Moreover, this Z790 Tachyon seems to be even more interesting compared to the non-existent Z790 competition in this segment in Europe.
