Gamer RGB: Galax’s Lego RAM comes with Hynix chips!

A new Galax memory kit has arrived and it is a RAM belonging to the Gamer RGB series of the manufacturer. In addition to its very Lego look, the bars in question have SK Hynix chips. In view of the latest frequency records on the RAM, potentially, we are dealing with memory with a good overclocking potential.

Gamer RGB: Hynix chips in the Galax modules!

Galax Gamer RGBWith this memory, Galax offers us kits with a rather fanciful look close to the Danish company: Lego. Moreover, we can have fun controlling the lighting as we wish, lighting placed on the top of the RAM modules.

In short, what interests us the most here is the technical data sheet, since we are dealing with modules embedding Hynix chips. As far as frequencies are concerned, all this little world will work at 6200 MT/s (3100 MHz real) while showing timings of 32-38-38-76. Finally, the voltage will be 1.35V, all in XMP mode and we should have the right to a PCB of 8 or 10 layers.

For the price, we imagine it to be around $500 without taxes and various import fees. Admittedly, this is not cheap for a 32GB kit, however, considering what is offered, it should be quite a player in overclocking.
