On the occasion of the Palit party, GALAX, which we’ve been talking about for several weeks due to rumors of closure, unveils a new cooling system for graphics cards. The new cooler is designed for a future generation of graphics cards, such as the RTX 6090 in the HOF(Hall Of Fame) series.
The cooling system consists of three fans on the front panel, but in reality there are four. The rear of the card features an additional fan, as on the ROG RTX 5080 Astral. GALAX is also announcing a new fan reference with the WINGS 4.0 fans.
In terms of design, we’re moving away from the traditional white of the HOF series towards a metallic grey casing with four crystals at the ends of the front panel. No doubt GALAX will offer a custom HOF PCB with one or two 12V-2×6 power connectors.
We should still have the Hyper Boost button, a dual BIOS (Performance/Silence) and a detachable HOF IV monitoring panel that will display temperatures and frequencies in real time, as well as displaying images or videos. We don’t expect to see this cooling system on the current generation of RTX 50s, but surely on a future RTX 6090, unless NVIDIA changes the name of its cards.
