Two new motherboards make their appearance in the Galax catalog: the Boomstar Z890 Starlight. In fact, they’re a single model available in two colors: white and black. In short, two new boards that look great.

The program includes two new ATX-format motherboards. Equipped with a LGA-1851 socket and a Z890 chipset, they are perfectly suited to Intel’s forthcoming Core Ultra 200.
In terms of construction, these models feature an eight-layer PCB with a total of 18+1+1 power supply phases. As for memory, the brand offers 4x DIMM references with RAM support up to 8667 MT/s. Cooling is provided by a system of heat pipes connecting the VRM heatsinks.
Otherwise, we have classic connectivity with three PCIe x16 slots, the first of which is a 5.0 x16 slot. The storage section features four M.2s, one of which is PCIe 5.0 x4, as well as four SATAs. Other features include WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.
If you’ve fallen under the spell of these cards (or not, for that matter), you should know that they are exclusive to the Chinese market.
