Enermax upgrades its StarryKnight SK30 box with a new version. This version 2 of the enclosure comes with improved connectivity on the control panel. It also comes with full ventilation as standard!
StarryKnight SK30 V2: the case gainsUSB-C 3.2 Gen2!
In broad terms, the case doesn’t change much. On the one hand, its dimensions of 220 (W) x 465 (D) x 486 (H) mm remain unchanged. Internally, an E-ATX motherboard support remains. The CPU cooling unit will measure up to 170 mm in height, while the graphics card will be 405 mm long.
The basic ventilation system remains complete, with three 140 mm fans from the SquA series fitted as front intake fans. A 120 mm exhaust fan, positioned at the rear, completes the package. As for the watercooling radiator support, the 360 mm compatibility at the top and front of the unit is also included.
Finally, this version 2 will swap USB-A 2.0 for USB-C 3.2 Gen2. It’s also worth noting that the hub, originally used only for lighting, now manages the PWM function of fans.
