DeepCool announces new power supplies with its PX-G Series. We’re talking about a range offering significant power, with blocks reaching 1200W all the same! Of course, these are new-generation power supplies, and ATX 3.0 and PCIe 5.0 compliance is a must!
PX-G Series: from 850W to 1200W, all ATX 3.0 compliant!
With this series, we find a total of three power supplies with the following power ratings: 850W, 1000W and 1200W. All three models are rather compact, with a depth of 16 cm. As we saw with the Hydro PTM Pro by FSP, there are far more imposing power supplies in this range.
Internally, the brand opts for electrolytic capacitors of Japanese origin. The design of these models is based on an SRC LLC half-bridge circuit with a DC-to-DC converter with active PFC . Otherwise, the following electrical protections are available: OPP, OVP, SCP, OTP, OCP and UVP. Finally, cooling is provided by a 135 mm fan with semi-passive operation.
Finally, the blocks come with a comprehensive connectivity package, including a single 24-pin ATX and two EPS12V 4+4 pins. The graphics section benefits from three PCIe 6+2 pins and a single 12VHPWR. Finally, the peripherals will have to make do with eight SATA and four Molex.
