A new power supply from Corsair, with the impressive HX1500i. This is a 1500W unit compliant with ATX 3.0 and PCIe 5.0 standards, but it’s also an out-of-the-ordinary unit!
HX1500i, a huge block for Corsair!
With this new block, Corsair offers us a truly imposing power supply. With a casing 20 cm deep, you’ll have to be careful with your case, especially as you’ll need to add two or three centimeters for the cables coming out of the block.
Otherwise, internally, we’re treated to the usual 105°C capacitors of Japanese origin. In addition, we have 80 Platinum certification and a single 125A 12V rail. Finally, to ensure the cooling of all this little world, we’re treated to a single 140 mm fan. You can control the fan curve with iCUE software.
