A month ago, we tested the top of the range kit from Corsair, the Dominator Platinum DDR5 RGB 6600 Mt/s CL32. This one had been declined thereafter in its version Vengeance DDR5 6600 Mt/s. Today via a press release, Corsair announces the RGB versions of its Vengeance kits with the Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 memory range. 
This new Corsair range is launched today with models up to 6400 Mt/s CL38. Versions up to 6600 Mt/s will be available soon.
Vengeance DDR5 RGB : High performance RGB kits
To begin, let’s talk about the design of these memory kits. Corsair specifies that “the VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 modules are designed with hand-selected and rigorously tested memory chips to ensure high performance and consistent high frequency ICs for a highly stable signal of excellent quality“. This guarantees good overclocking capabilities on paper, although more testing is needed to confirm this.
The memory chips, which are certainly Hynix chips for the higher-end kits, are cooled by aluminum heat sinks. These take up the design with triangular pattern that Corsair proposes on its new range of components.
As with all Corsair RGB-enabled products, these DDR5 Vengeance RGB kits are compatible with Corsair iCUE software. Software that allows the management of lighting in ten dynamic zones. This lighting is distributed via a panoramic light bar located at the top of each module. To finish on the iCUE software, this one also allows the recording of personalized Intel XMP 3.0 profiles.
Availability, warranty and prices
Vengeance RGB DDR5 memory is available now. Visit CORSAIR ‘s online store and regular retailers. These memory kits come with a limited lifetime warranty. Regarding the prices, the kits are available between 259.99 € and 354.99 € for kits ranging from 5200 Mt/s CL40 to 6400 Mt/s C38. There are no prices yet for the 6600 Mt/s CL32 version.
