Thermaltake launches a new open frame case with a new version of the Core P3. We find the Core P3 TG Pro, a model with a redesigned base, more stable and all the advantages of the open frame!
Core P3 TG Pro: a new open frame case!
With this case, the Asian brand offers us a reference that is nevertheless quite imposing. Indeed, this one case’s dimensions are: 268 (W) x 500 (D) x 535 (H) mm. It is not a featherweight either with its 12.5 kg on the scale, justified by its steel construction and tempered glass.
The motherboard tray is large enough to accommodate a motherboard in E-ATX format at maximum. Otherwise, for graphics cards, there will be room, enough for 450 mm long GPUs, without watercooling tank. The same goes for the CPU cooling unit with 180 mm of free height. Finally, on the power supply side, we have up to 200 mm available.
The storage part will be able to accommodate up to five storage media in 2.5″ format against four in 3.5″.
For the ventilation, we find a triple slot in 120/140 mm on the side of the motherboard. We can again add three slots in 120/140 mm either in the front or in the top, via a removable plate.
Finally, for the watercooling, we will have something to enjoy with two slots for radiator in 360/420 mm. And in the bottom of the case, a plate intended to accommodate a combo pump / tank is also part of the game.
We finish with the selling price which is $139,99 on the brand’s store. Note that white and black versions are offered.
