Cooler Master announces its new MA824 Stealth heatsink. This is an imposing double-tower heatsink that may not fit in every case. So, let’s take a look at what the brand has to offer!

MA824 Stealth, a big double-tower heatsink!

Cooler Master MA824 StealthWith this new heatsink, the brand offers us an imposing coolers. With fans fitted, it measures 150.6 (W) x 162.2 (D) x 165.6 (H) mm. In fact, without the front-mounted fan, the heatsink offers 67 mm of clearance for the RAM. This space drops to 42 mm with the front fan fitted.

The heatsink itself adopts a double-tower structure featuring two stacks of aluminum fins. A total of eight copper heat pipes, each 6 mm in diameter, run through the entire assembly. Cooler Master has used Superconductive heatpipes to improve heat transfer. The heatpipes meet at an enlarged nickel-plated copper base with pre-applied thermal paste.

All that remains is to talk about the ventilation, which features two fans, the first 135 mm mounted in the middle and the second 120 mm positioned at the front. Their characteristics are as follows:

  • 135 mm (Mobius 135):
    • Speeds: 0 rpm to 1550 rpm
    • Air flow: 63.6 CFM
    • Static pressure: 1.92 mmH2O
  • 120 mm (Mobius 120) :
    • Speeds: 0 rpm to 1950 rpm
    • Air flow: 63.1 CFM
    • Static pressure: 2.69 mmH2O

As yet, we have no idea of the sales price. We’ll have to be patient to find out.
