New graphics cards from Colorful: the RTX 4060 Ti Mini and RTX 4070 Ultra Z OC. While the former is an ITX-format card, the latter features a hidden power connector.
RTX 4060 Ti Mini :
With this card, the PowerColor brand doesn’t hesitate to offer us a tiny model measuring just 18.8 cm in length. Coupled with this small footprint, the brand has opted for a dual slot format, making it easy to integrate the card into any case.
The heatsink is rather simple, with a single fan blowing on a block of aluminum fins. Finally, on the back of the card, we’re treated to an attractive backplate.
Despite this compact format, we’re entitled to factory overclocking, with a boost of 2580 MHz compared with 2535 MHz for the reference card. And let’s not forget that this is an 8 GB version!
RTX 4070 Ultra Z OC: the power connector is hidden!
In itself, the RTX 4070 Ultra Z OC is a basic card, since it’s a factory-overclocked model with a boost frequency of 2505 MHz. It measures 31.3 cm in length and features a three-fan heatsink.
However, it is distinguished by the clever positioning of its power connector, which migrates to the rear of the PCB. The connector is concealed by a removable backplate and guided by a channel cut into the aluminum fins of the heatsink. Of course, for connection, you’ll need to ensure that the openings in the case’s motherboard tray fall in front of the cable passage.
