Zalman announces a new single-tower heatsink. The CNPS13X is rather compact, with a single-tower format and a height of less than 160 mm!
CNPS13X: a single-tower, all-black Zalman heatsink!
With this heatsink, the South Korean brand presents a rather compact model measuring 135 (W) x 79 (D) x 159 (H) mm. As for weight, we’re under the 1 kg mark with this model.
Otherwise, it’s the usual Zalman fare, with a cooler equipped with four copper heat pipes. These meet at a nickel-plated copper base. The finish, however, appears to be meticulous, with the heatpipe fins entirely black, as is the fan. Finally, the upper part seems to feature a hint of RGB, as well as the brand’s new logo.
As for ventilation, we’re treated to a single 120 mm fan. It features blades linked by an internal ring. It draws its power from a PWM socket, and operates at speeds ranging from 600 rpm to 2000 rpm. At full speed, airflow reaches 69.12 CFM, while static pressure rises to 2.01 mmH2O.
For the moment, no price is known, but Zalman boasts a 240W thermal load support… Which seems a little optimistic to us.
