TeamGroup announces the T-Create Classic E31. This is a particularly neat M.2 to USB dock. Once connected to your machine, it will show off your SSD to its best advantage.

The program includes a dock compatible with M.2 2230/2242/2260/2280/22110 SSDs, supporting SATA and NVMe protocols and capacities of up to 8TB. On the other side, the link with the PC is via 10 GbpsUSB, enabling transfer speeds of 1 Gb/s. Clearly, if you mount a PCIe 5.0 SSD, you’ll be saturating your USB interface.
As you can see, we’re dealing with a handsome object with a base topped by a transparent cylinder with no top part. The base features a fan for active cooling, because, let’s not forget, M.2 SSDs can get hot.
Finally, we’d like to mention its modest price tag: around $34 (4,980 yen) after conversion. It’s a worthwhile accessory if you’re the kind of person who does data retrieval for the whole family. This can often happen if you’re the only person with a modicum of knowledge in the field.
