T421: M.2 2242 SSDs with capacities up to 2TB!

Cervoz T421With these SSDs , the brand offers compact references in M.2 2242 format. Capacities range from 120 GB to 1920 GB. They also feature a PCIe 3.0 x2 interface and TLC memory chips. An SLC cache system is also present.

In terms of performance, we know that sequential data rates are 1780 MB/s for reading and 1640 MB/s for writing. However, the brand does not communicate on the random performance of its products.

Being intended for an industrial environment, the brand integrates an LDPC ECC-type error correction system. Similarly, power consumption will be 3W when the SSD is active, thus limiting thermal dissipation. The aim is to avoid thermal throttling and maximize performance. And a quick word on endurance, where we learn that the 1920 GB version boasts 2813 TBW compared with 1406 TBW for the 960 GB.

As for the price, it’s hard to say how much it will cost.
