Biostar gives news by announcing a new motherboard: the B760M-Silver! It is again a motherboard in micro-ATX format. Nevertheless, it has a LGA-1700 socket and a B760 chipset .
B760M-Silver: a micro-ATX board for the 13th generation Core i!
With this model, the brand offers us a card equipped with all the latest standards in terms of memory and PCIe. Indeed, on it, we find four memory slots in DDR5 (6000 MT/s up to 128 GB) and a PCIe 5.0 x16 connector.
Otherwise, the storage part, including SSDs, will benefit from two M.2 connectors in PCIe 4 .0 x4. Finally, six SATA III connectors are present and we should not forget to mention the M.2 for a WiFi module.
Regarding the power supply of the processor, we have the right to an EPS12V connector in 8 pins. Note also that this card has 10+1+1 power supply phases.
Finally, the rear connectivity remains quite classic with antenna sockets for WiFi. Similarly, we have a ClearCMOS button as well as HDMI and DisplayPort video outputs for the processor’s iGPU. The network part is managed by a Realtek RTL8125B chip while audio is handled by a Realtek ALC1220 chip. Finally, five USB-A 3.2 Gen2, one USB-C 3.2 Gen2 and two USB-A 2.0 complete the package!
