New screen for the brand Alienware which announces its new AW2723DF. We have to deal with a reference of 27″ which bets on a very fast reactivity with a panel in 240 Hz notably!
AW2723DF: a 240Hz QHD IPS monitor!
Alienware announces a 27″ diagonal screen with a fast-IPS panel. The latter benefits from a QHD resolution displaying a resolution of 2560 x 1440. Likewise, responsiveness is the order of the day since it displays a frequency of 240 Hz as well as a low latency of 1 ms gray to gray.
In terms of features, we are entitled to a nice brightness of 600 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 1000:1. This screen will also cover 100% of the color range sRGB against 95% of DCI-P3. Finally, the horizontal and vertical viewing angles are 178 °. Finally, all its characteristics allow it to obtain a certification HDR600.
The connectivity is also very complete with two HDMI inputs and a DisplayPort. We also have the right to a hub of four USB 3.2 Gen1 type A ports and a headphone jack.
Finally, this reference comes with a foot allowing an adjustment in all directions and a headphone support integrated into the frame of the screen.
Now, let’s talk about the invoice which, clearly, is not pleasant to hear. Indeed, on Dell’s website, it is displayed at $1029.00!
