In any case, the Swiss brand is very honest. In fact, a mix-up meant that anniversary promotional prices were not applied on its Amazon store. The company compensates its customers!

For the record, to mark the brand’s 23rd anniversary, the company launched a whole series of promotions on its Freezer 36 and Liquid Freezer III products. The only problem was that the Amazon store didn’t take advantage of these discounts for a while, hurting a number of customers.
The company being one of the most serious (others would certainly have taken the money), simply decided to compensate customers who had overpaid… Or at least, who didn’t benefit from the promotion. So, if you’re one of the people affected, the brand will automatically reimburse you. The brand’s CEO explains:
“It’s very important to us that everyone benefits equally from our Thank You campaign. We sincerely apologize for this mistake and will do our utmost to make amends. The trust our customers place in us is of the utmost importance to Arctic. “
