Apple Console: the return of the rumor

There are rumors that persist over the years. Some even reach the rank of urban legends with regular twists and turns that show they don’t want to die. The Apple console could be ranked with Area 51, the Loch Ness monster and other equally mythical ones.

Apple cloud gaming Since the 1990’s and the crash of the first attempt (the infamous Pippin), the rumor has been coming up regularly. A few months ago we were still talking about it. In the last few hours, during a podcast, Jez Corden from Windows Central revealed that Apple would have hired engineers from Microsoft’s Xbox division to work on the specifications of a console. That’s all it took for the rumor to make the rounds on the web.

If Apple and video games is a source of regular fantasy is simply because the Apple brand is one of the biggest leaders in the market of “gaming” without making any real noise.
