Alphacool offers us its new waterblocks for NVIDIA professional graphics cards. The ES series are designed to cool the A100, RTX 6000 Ada and RTX 4000 of the chameleon.
ES Series: Alphacool cools NVIDIA pro cards!
The brand offers three waterblocks with its ES RTX 4000, ES RTX 6000 and ES NV A100. These will be installed on the corresponding cards and there, no history of different models or PCBs since the only compatible brand is PNY.
Otherwise, even if they are for pro cards, the recipe does not change. We always find models made of chromed copper. However, for the upper part, no acrylic or plexi, here, place to carbon. Of course, these are references that will actively cool the critical elements of the cards. We are thinking of the GPU, but also of the memory chips or VRMs.
Moreover, in order to limit the impact on the height, the terminal migrates to the back, facilitating its installation in rack servers. Finally, the reduced thickness allows the cards to occupy only one slot. Potentially, this will allow more cards to be installed in the server.
Surprisingly, these blocks are more affordable than some consumer models. Count between 160 € and 170 € depending on the model.
