Alphacool offers us a new series of waterblocks with full cover models for XFX boards. The German brand passes the RX 7900 XTX Merc 310 under water… But also the RX 7900 XT of the same name.
RX 7900 XTX Merc 310 : here comes an Alphacool waterblock !
For the blow, we find again a block of type full cover which will cover completely the graphic card. It will actively cool the GPU, the memory and the VRM of the card. Of course, the base remains in chromed copper, a new habit of the brand. As for the upper part, we have the right to an acrylic plate.
In terms of dimensions, the block measures 287.10 (W) x 135.20 (D) x 34.20 (H) mm, enough to turn the card into a single slot model. Moreover, the block comes with its aluminum backplate.
Finally, the company once again emphasizes the sleeker design of this model via a redesigned cooling engine. The same goes for the only O-ring present, which makes it possible to lighten the visual aspect of the thing.
It only remains to talk about the selling price which is 159.98 € on the website of the brand.
