be quiet! unveils a brand-new series of consumer cases at the Gamescom trade show currently taking place in Cologne. The Pure Base 501 follows in the footsteps of the award-winning Pure Base 500, demonstrating that simplicity can be stimulating: practical features and a compact format make the Pure Base 501 perfect for any gaming or desktop PC.

The Pure Base 501 is aimed at users who are looking for a highly flexible case in a compact format, and who appreciate a timeless design without the need for ARGB equipment. The case supports ATX, micro-ATX or mini-ITX motherboards, and is cooled by two Pure Wings 3 140 mm PWM fans located on the front and rear of the case.

The Pure Base 501 supports watercooling heat sinks up to 360 mm and allows optional vertical installation of graphics cards. In addition, a double HDD cage rack is included for versatile storage options, and the clever cable routing design keeps the interior tidy. Like its predecessor, the Pure Base 501 is available in several versions: for maximum silence, the case is available in black with a solid front panel and steel side panels. Versions oriented towards maximum airflow, meanwhile, feature a mesh front panel and glazed or unglazed side panels, and are available in black or white.

These be quiet! cases are scheduled for release in November, and come with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. Prices range from 89.90 euros for the Pure Base 501 Black to 109.90 euros for the Pure Base 501 Airflow Window White.
