The Klevv brand announces the arrival of two new series of memory kits. It is a question of DDR5 RAM declined under the series BOLT V and CRAS V with an RGB lighting system. Moreover, it is memory that can hit high frequency: 8000 MT/s are reached!
BOLT V, the entry-level kits from Klevv!
With these memory kits, the brand offers us sets rather oriented entry-level. As you can see, they are quite basic RAM, without lighting system. On the other hand, this allows the memory to remain compact and to measure only 34 mm in height. Ideal to be coupled with some aircooling heatsinks.
This series is only available in kits of 32 GB (2x 16 GB) whose frequencies can reach 6800 MT/s. Other frequencies are also on the program with sets at 6000 MT/s and 6400 MT/s. As for the timings, they are 30-36-36-76, 32-38-38-78 and 34-40-40-80 as we go up in frequency. Finally, the voltage is 1.35V.
CRAS V RGB : faster kits !
With the CRAS V RGB, Klevv offers us a slightly taller strip, measuring 44mm in height. Depending on the fan, it can be a problem, so be careful. Also, we find a lighting system with a lighted bar on top.
In terms of characteristics, we have kits that work at :
- 6000 MT/s with timings of 30-36-36-76 for 1.35V
- 6400 MT/s with timings of 32-38-38-78 for 1,35V
- 7200 MT/s with timings of 34-44-84 for 1.40V
- 7600 MT/s with timings of 36-46-46-86 for 1.40V
- 8000 MT/s with timings of 38-48-128 for 1.55V
Of course, all this is available in 2x 16GB sets!
We just have to wait for the availability which should be effective for the end of this second quarter.
