Q500L ECO Hemp: a carbon footprint reduced to the maximum!
During the World Earth Day (April 22nd), the brand Cooler Master unveiled a new concept of case. Indeed, the company showed that it was possible to make PC cases using bio-sourced and eco-fair materials. This is in any case what it has achieved with this ECO Hemp version of the Q500L.
For this, the brand relies on a construction based on hemp wood that we find for the external and internal structure. For the rest, we find a classic case to contain your configuration.
Nevertheless, the tricky part is the front panel. As you can see, it has many perforations to keep a good air flow. Otherwise, there is no glass panel, as there is a perforated side wall to admire the configuration.
Now, it remains to be seen if this is feasible on a large scale and what impact it will have on the final price. And what about the durability?
