New case at Corsair which announces the arrival of its iCUE 5000T. A new model that clearly emphasizes the RGB lighting with piping present in the top and front. In addition, we find a false air of Graphite 6000T, an excellent case in its time.
iCUE 5000T: RGB and a Graphite 600T look!
We start with the dimensions of this new reference which displays 251.2 (W) x 528.5 (D) x 559.6 (H) mm. In terms of weight, the case will be quite heavy with its 14.53 kg on the scale. Once your PC is assembled, expect to have a machine weighing over 20 kg.
Inside, there is a substantial space that allows the installation of motherboards in ATX format. Otherwise, for the rest, we are also wide with 400 mm for the GPU, 250 mm for the power supply and 170 mm for the cooling unit. Overall, no big restrictions. Likewise, two vertical expansion slots are also present, enough to put your graphics card forward.
However, the advantage of this model lies in its large capacity to accommodate fans. There are ten slots in 120 mm, but only four in 140 mm. For watercooling, as you can see, we have three slots up to 360 mm on the front, next to the motherboard and at the top. At the back, we will have to make do with a small 120 mm.
Finally, Corsair puts forward a system of gutters to facilitate the wiring. In fact, you can see them in action in our test of the iCUE 5000X. In addition, there is a Commander Core XT controller that can manage up to six RGB fans signed Corsair. Similarly, it also allows you to orchestrate the 160 diodes spread over the front and top of this model.
Finally, we finish with the price which is 399.99 € in white or black, which places it on the sector of the high-end case!
