Fortis 5: a series of three ventirades from SilentiumPC!

The Polish brand SilentiumPC announces new products with the Fortis 5. The brand announces three models: one with lighting, the other two, without, in push or push/pull. Enough to satisfy just about everyone.

Fortis 5: three ventilators at SilentiumPC!

Fortis 5 ARGBIf the fan configuration changes according to the model, the base remains the same. Indeed, we find a heatsink measuring 139 (W) x 80 (D) x 159 (H) mm without fans. With the mills, the depth will vary 107 mm to 131 mm depending on whether it is a push/pull model or not.

The base is eccentric, which improves compatibility with the RAM, but also with the first PCIe of the motherboard. On this model, it goes slightly to the left. Finally, there are six 6mm copper heatpipes in direct contact with the CPU for heat removal. On this fifth generation Fortis, there is also a nickel plating.

On the ventilation side, we will have a 140 mm mill with RGB lighting or without. The push/pull version will benefit, in addition to the 140 mm, a small 120 mm at the rear. The characteristics are not known, as usual with the Polish brand we will say. However, we know that all this little world will turn from 300 RPM to 1400 RPM, so we can expect fans rather quiet.

Finally, you should know that these Fortis 5 will be installed on the LGA-1700, LGA-2000 and LGA-1000 sockets of Intel. In AMD, we find only the AM4 and the old platforms of the brand.

We finish with the sales price, which is €41.99 for the basic model: without RGB and with a single fan. The dual model is 48,99 € (the push/pull of 140/120 mm) and the ARGB version climbs to 52,99 €.
