Retro 87: an XBox 1-style translucent green keyboard!

This keyboard is a TKL model, with no numeric keypad. It’s made from translucent green plastic, with the only coloured key being the arrow pad, which has the same colours as the X, Y, A and B keys.

More concretely, it measures 376.6 (W) x 169.6 (D) x 46.8 (H) mm. As for weight, this is a good mechanical keyboard, weighing in at just 1100g.

Internally, this model boasts a 4,000 mAh battery with an endurance of 280 hours at 2.4 GHz, compared with 400 Hz in Bluetooth mode. For a full charge, however, you’ll have to be patient, as the brand claims a charge time of between 4 and 8 hours!

Otherwise, this keyboard features Kail Jellyfish X mechanical switches, but the brand doesn’t specify the type of feel. In any case, they’re hotswappable. Of course, you’ll also find N-keys rollover, customisable backlighting, shortcuts via an Fn key, on-the-fly macro recording and compatibility with the brand’s software.

Finally, this keyboard has a dedicated Xbox button and : Dual Super Buttons. In simple terms, these are two large programmable buttons that come with the keyboard. It’s up to you to decide what to do with them.

Internally, this is a modern mouse with a PAW 3395 sensor capable of 26,000 DPI. The polling rate is 8,000 Hz, while the internal 450 mAh battery gives a battery life of 26 to 105 hours at 2.4 GHz, depending on the polling rate. In Bluetooth, this rises to 100 hours. Finally, the switches are Kailh Sword GM X.

To finish, the device weighs just 77g, has a charging dock and supports in-house software. And let’s not forget that this model is officially licensed by XBox.
