Originally, we thought that the RX 7900 GRE would be confined to the Asian market, and more specifically to China. However, it seems that the card is starting to appear everywhere, particularly in Germany. Yes, a pre-assembled PC comes with such a card and a bundle of components.
RX 7900 GRE: the card appears in Germany!
The card arrives in Germany, but indirectly. Indeed, to acquire it, you won’t simply need to buy the card, but either a complete PC or a bundle of components.
In the first case, we have a complete PC based on a Ryzen 5 5600 and a Prime B450M-K II motherboard. RAM rises to 16 GB, while 1000 GB of storage and the familiar graphics card are included. This solution is currently priced at €999, €1199 excluding special offers.
The other, slightly more affordable option, at €1099 all the same, is to purchase a component bundle. Here we find more recent components based on Ryzen 5 7600X and Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX motherboard. No RAM is proposed here, but you’ll have to opt for a DDR5 kit.
Finally, if we deduct the cost of the Ryzen and the motherboard, we arrive at an approximate bill of €667. According to VideoCardz, the motherboard costs around €203, while the CPU costs €229. This seems to correspond to AMD’s advertised selling price of $650.
