We end this little overview of A620 motherboards with a model from Biostar. The brand offers us its small A620MP-E Pro, a small model that is not too bad… At least, better than the one from MSI.
A620MP-E Pro : the card from Biostar !
Like all A620 boards, this model from Biostar adopts a micro-ATX format. However, it has heatsinks on its power supply and chipset stages. Moreover, the card offers four memory slots for a maximum capacity of 128 GB clocked at 6000 MT/s.
Otherwise, there is the classic and indispensable PCIe x16 4.0 connector. It is completed by three PCIe x1 3.0. As for storage, the card has four angled SATA III and one M.2 in PCIe 4.0 x4. And in terms of rear connectivity, a module for WiFi is available.
At theI/O shield level, HDMI and DisplayPort outputs are present. Then we can count on a PS2 socket followed by two USB-A 2.0. Four USB-A 3.2 Gen1 are also present as well as Ethernet in 2.5 GbE in Realtek RTL8125B and audio 7.1 via a Realtek ALC897 chip.
