After Intel, the AMD driver for the Star War Jedi Survivor game has been released. For the occasion, the company offers us a driver going to version 23.4.3… Yes, already a third version for this month of April. On its side, NVIDIA is already prepared for the EA Games title via its GeForce 531.68.

In absolute terms, it’s a driver that doesn’t offer much, only official support for Star Wars Jedi Survivor. So there is no added optimization or performance gain… At least, it is not announced in the change note of this version.
Otherwise, some fixes are deployed… Two in fact, which are as follows:
- Fixed red corruptions that can appear on World War Z: Aftermath when using the VulkanAPI.
- Fixed the longer than expected compilation time of Last of Us Part 1 shaders.
Otherwise, there are still some known problems:
- Situational high idle power consumption can be observed with RX 7000 series with high resolution screens or with high display frequencies.
- Stuttering or performance drops can be observed in game playback of video content on certain display configurations with RX 7000s.
- Substandard performance may be observed on games or VR applications.
- Brief corruptions may occur when switching between video and games on some AMD products like the RX 6700 XT.
- Application crashes can be observed intermittently while playing RuneScape with RX 5700 XT.
