APNX has come up with a new case, the V1, its second model. The shape of this model is very similar to that of NZXT’s H6 Flow. What’s more, this model also goes for luxury, with optional wooden parts!
V1: second case for APNX!
With this second case, the brand has opted for a compartmentalised model, with the power supply mounted behind the motherboard slot. Speaking of the motherboard, this can be in ATX format at most. However, the height of the motherboard can be adjusted according to the type of cooling fitted at the top.
As for the rest of the components, there’s a clearance of 395 mm for the graphics card and 170 mm for the CPU cooling unit. The power supply is 220 mm deep.
Internally, there are ten 120 mm fans and six 140 mm fans. As for AIO, there are three 360 mm slots at the top, bottom and on the bevelled front. Note that by lowering the motherboard, push/pull configurations are permitted at the top… You can even mount Liquid Freezer II and III without worrying about the thickness of the heatsink!
The case is inspired by the shape of the NZXT H6 Flow(test), with a bevelled edge. Note that the bevelled edge can be fitted with vertical wooden vents for added class. As for the colours, we have a choice of black, white or a mix of the two.
