Also at CES, we saw a nice mod based on a DeepCool case. Indeed, the QuadStellar was the model used as the basis for this slightly menacing mod, with shooting nerf guns!

DeepCool: a rather menacing mod on the stand!

As you can see, this mod, named DeepBot-Alpha-01, couldn’t be more successful. It’s based on a well-known case, a QuadStellar, one of the brand’s top-of-the-range models.

In terms of configuration, we find a rather muscular machine featuring :

  • Core i7 12700KF cooled by AIO LS720 White
  • 64 GB Kingston Fury RAM
  • MSI B760M Mortar WiFi motherboard
  • ASUS RTX 4070 Dual White graphics card
  • DeepCool PX1000G power supply unit

However, we’d like to focus mainly on the changes made to the case. The first is that it is mounted on four legs powered by hydraulic cylinders. Secondly, there are two large miniguns mounted on top. Worst of all, they’re functional – this isn’t the States. However, rather than spitting lead at 4,000 cps/min, it fires foam Nerf darts.

Now, if you’re interested, you can learn more about the mod directly from the modder behind the project.
