The Polish brand SilentiumPC announces the arrival of a new series of heatsinks with the Spartan 5. At the most, the bill will rise to 24 € if we believe the announced prices.
Spartan 5: four entry-level fans!
With this new series of fans, the brand announces compact heatsinks. Indeed, equipped with their fans, these models are 125 (W) x 65 (D) x 146 (H) mm. Clearly, we are dealing with slim heatsinks, count 40 mm thick without the fan.
Then, the configuration of the heatsink will change depending on whether you want a Max version or not. Indeed, the Max model has four copper heat pipes in direct contact with the CPU. The classic model has only two. Inevitably, this influences the TDP: 180W for the biggest, 160W for the less equipped models.
Regarding the ventilation, we have the right to a single fan Fluctus RGB or not. Again, the airflow and static pressure are not known, too bad, because these are essential data. On the other hand, we know that they will operate from 250 RPM to 1500 RPM.
We finish by quickly mentioning the presence of pre-applied thermal paste as standard. As for the compatible sockets, we find LGA-1700 as well as LGA-1200/115x. In AMD, the compatibility goes from AM4 to AM3 and older.
In terms of prices, SilentiumPC announces:
- 15,50 € for the basic model without RGB
- 19,00 € for the basic model with RGB
- 21,00 € for the Max version without RGB
- 24,00 € for the Max version with RGB
