If you already own an NH-U12A, an NH-D15 or an NH-U9S chromax.black, no problem… In fact, any heatsink already compatible with the AM4 will be compatible with the AM5.
Where it gets tricky is with older or more specific heatsinks. For example, an NH-D15S purchased before January 2019 will require a new mounting kit. In this regard, we can count on the brand to provide us with what we need if necessary, as it has always done.
