Ryzen 7000 launched in August?

0

It is very likely that the Ryzen 7000 will be presented in detail in the last days of August and this could be done at the Gamescom in Cologne (Germany). For some time now, leaks have been suggesting that AMD will present its next Zen 4 CPUs at the end of the summer. However, until now, AMD has not yet communicated a press event planned for next month. But in the last few hours, our sources have been reporting on product presentations dedicated to the next generation of AMD CPUs during Gamescom, which will be held from August 24 to 28. Given the brands that are cited by our sources, there is no doubt that we are talking about motherboards based on the new AM5 socket for the Ryzen 7000. A launch of the latter can not be done without the CPUs, no need to consult Ms. Irma to understand that AMD will make its launch at that time.

Ryzen 7000 and motherboards in August at Gamescom?

Asus and MSI in particular will be present in a different way by having their own venue located outside Gamescom but within walking distance. Officially this is a way to be more responsive and to have a more secure environment (in relation to the Covid of course). The Ryzen 7000 will introduce a new socket, new chipsets and quite a few new technologies. All these changes are a boon for manufacturers looking to boost sales with new features that will wake up consumers for the second half of the year.
