Even after its death, the AM4 platform continues to receive new references. Here, two new processors, the Ryzen 5 5600XT and Ryzen 5 5600T have been spotted. Not all the details are known, but this Ryzen 5000 series is still very much alive, despite the lack of anything new on this socket!

As a reminder, with its Ryzen 5 5600X, AMD offered us a CPU based on the Zen 3 architecture and called Vermeer. It was a 6c/12t model running at 3.7 GHz with a turbo at 4.6 GHz. It had a TDP of 65W and a total L3 cache of 32MB.
In themselves, the 5600XT and 5600T are hardly any different, since they both feature 6c/12t. The same 32 MB of L3 cache will be found, while the TDP also remains fixed at 65W. However, the main variation will be in the base frequency… At least, as far as we know at the moment. The XT model will run at 3.8 GHz, while the T version will run at 3.5 GHz.
Behind this, we expect variations in power consumption, but also in performance… Well, nothing to write home about, but still.
At the same time, we have learned that the Ryzen 3 5300G will be arriving on the consumer market. Until now, this little 4c/8t APU running at 4/4.2 GHz has only been available to OEMs, but this will no longer be the case. It also came with a RADEON Vega 6 graphics unit equipped with 6 compute units (384 stream processors).
