Vastarmor is a graphics card manufacturer based in China. What’s more, it is one of the Reds’ major partners in this field. The company is therefore announcing a new series of cards with its RX 9070 Alloy, versions derived from the SuperAlloy models. The difference? The absence of aRGB lighting on the fans.

The program includes some imposing cards… Yes, we’re dealing with RX 9070 customs, and the cards are of course generous in size, as emphasized by their 32.6 cm length. As for thickness, it’s more than two slots thick. Regarding the cooling system, it is entrusted to three fans, which blow a wide network of aluminium fins divided into several blocks. Finally, there is a perforated backplate at the rear of the card.

All this design allows the brand to apply factory overclocking to the card’s GPU. As a result, the boost frequency now reaches 3010 MHz despite an unchanged memory frequency. All this also contributes to the card’s increased power requirements, which are reflected in the presence of three 8-pin PCIe power connectors. However, this is clearly not the first model to require so many power connectors; other references even go so far as to feature a 12V-2×6, as is the case with Sapphire’s Nitro or ASRock’s Taichi.
