RX 7900 Pulse: Sapphire launches its Pulse series!

Sapphire officially launches its RX 7900 Pulse series of cards. It is a more affordable series than the Nitro+ range which occupies the top of the basket at AMD’s partner. Nevertheless, a factory overclocking is part of the package!

RX 7900 Pulse: Sapphire announces its new cards!

RX 7900 PulseOn the menu, Sapphire offers two cards sharing the same design. These cards have the same features as the series, namely the famous red borders. The same thing is true for the backplate where we have the right to the encephalogram specific to the series.

As you can see, we find a heatsink with three fans mounted on a thick radiator. If the card will only occupy two slots in your case, the fan is three. However, unlike the Nitro+ range, the latter is less elaborate, just by looking at the more basic baseplate.

However, this does not prevent the brand from having recourse to factory overclocking. The RX 7900 XT then displays a boost frequency 50 MHz higher than the reference card. As for the 7900 XTX, we are 25 MHz better.

Finally, the video outputs are not “standard”. We find two HDMI 2.1 and two DisplayPort 2.1. As for the power supply, the 7900 XT will need two 8-pin PCIe against three for the 7900 XTX!

As for the price, it is not out yet in the US, but for Europe you’ll have to count on 1129,99 € at Top Achat for the XT against 1349,99 € for the XTX… This is quite “funny” since the 7900 XTX Nitro+ is the same price with a better heatsink and a more advanced OC .

Here and there the technical data sheets of Sapphire!
