During the RTX 3000, two giants of cooling and graphics cards collaborated to offer you rather monstrous cards. Indeed, Noctua and Asus joined forces to offer the RTX 3080/3070 Noctua Edition. Today, we learn that the partnership still holds that one or more RTX 40 Noctua Edition will be presented at CES!
RTX 40 Noctua Edition: the partnership continues!
As a reminder, the result of this collaboration was the appearance of two large cards. These cards occupied four slots and were equipped with a pair of NF-A12x25 as fans. This ensured silence and low operating temperatures, as we pointed out in our test of the RTX 3070 Noctua OC.
As far as possible cards are concerned, there are no 36 solutions, either it will be an RTX 4090 or an RTX 4080, or both. Even if the RTX 4070 Ti should be released on January 5th, we have some doubts… Although we may be surprised.
Now we just have to see what the cards will look like and how many fans will be present on the heatsink. Nevertheless, a card with three mills seems to us hardly feasible. Indeed, it would imply a card disproportionately long of more than 40 cm. Remember that the current models are already 31 cm long!
In short, we can’t wait to see the result of this second generation of products.
