Gigabyte announces the arrival of three new graphics cards with its RTX 3090 Ti. On the program, two aircooling versions as well as a version cooled by an AIO in 360 mm. It’s not the most compact we’ve seen, we’ll give you that.

RTX 3090 Ti Xtreme Waterforce: a 360mm AIO for cooling!

Gigabyte RTX 3090 Ti Xtreme WaterforceWith this card, we are far from the exuberant models with RGB at all costs. No, this is not the tone as we find a completely black model. Even the fans have no lighting!

Moreover, the cooling system is consequent, Gigabyte opting for an imposing watercooling kit in 360 mm. Note that the pipes go through the back of the card, which facilitates the mounting of the radiator at the front of the case. Still, it is necessary not to have a NZXT H510.

Obviously, with such a cooling, we find a factory overclocking. Thus, the GPU finds itself grinding at 1935 MHz against 1860 MHz for the reference card.

RTX 3090 Ti: cards with good old air cooling!

The heatsink has a vapor chamber as well as 8 copper heat pipes and screen cooling, the famous opening in the backplate of the card.

Nevertheless, we were talking about two versions, and this is the case since one of the two models will be overclocked. The latter sees its boost frequency reach 1905 MHz against 1860 MHz of base.

Finally, as far as connectivity is concerned, this little world has three DisplayPort 1.4a outputs and an HDMI 2.1. Two NVLINK connectors are present on the edge of the card just like the famous 12+4 pin power connector.

Pricing

We quickly finish with the pricing which is insane for a graphics card. Here, you will have to count no less than £2099.99 for the watercooled version. The two air-cooled models are priced at £1999.99 and £1949.99 for the OC and non-OC versions respectively.
