Well, a few days ago, the i9-13900K appeared in the OCCT software database. As a reminder, OCCT is a software that was created to check the stability of overclocked configurations but also to reassure users that their PC is working properly. It can push your components to 100% load for a predefined time but also perform a benchmark.

And that’s exactly where we see the Raptor Lake i9-13900K as shown in these captures. We learn a lot of information that confirms those announced by Intel as the number of cores, 8 Performance and 16 Efficiency, for a total of 24 and 32 threads . The motherboard used is an ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI flashed with the BIOS 0502 dated September 20 and a DDR5 kit at 5600 MHz and an RTX 3090 Ti.
