New driver update from AMD, with version 23.7.2 of its RADEON Software. This new version corrects a number of problems encountered to date. These include stuttering on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II.

In truth, this new version of AMD’s driver offers no real novelties. In fact, there’s no support for new games, no optimization or anything else. However, the company is correcting five points that could prove problematic:
- No more stuttering on Call of Duy: Modern Warfare II when RADEON Anti-Lag is active.
- No more corruption around the in-game player model on Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix on certain RADEON products such as the RX 6900 XT.
- VRAM usage returns to normal when using certain Record and Stream parameters.
- There will no longer be any signal loss when changing windows with certain Adaptive-Sync displays. This was a problem with some RADEON products, such as the RX 7900 XTX.
- No more audio/video desynchronization when recording from RADEON Software with AVC and HEVC codecs.
AMD does not hesitate to report a number of known problems, including :
- The PerformanceOverlay may display: N/A in the FPS box.
- High idle power consumption can be observed when using multiple high-resolution, high-frequency displays with RX 7000s.
- Intermittent corruptions can be observed on Rocket League when the Bloom is switched off with certain cards such as the RX 6900 XT.
- Crashes and application crashes can be encountered on RuneScape with cards such as the RX 5700 XT.
- When Ray Tracing and DSR (Dynamic Resolution Scaling) are active, crashes and pilot timeouts may be encountered on Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart with certain cards such as the RX 7900 XTX.
- Audio can be desynchronized from video when recording with AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition with AV1 codec.
