The Cougar brand announces the arrival of a new case with its Purity RGB. It is a model in mini-tower format designed to accommodate motherboards in micro-ATX format. Moreover, we will be able to count on a luminous band on the front!
Purity RGB: a mini-tower case for micro-ATX motherboards!
With this new model, the Cougar Gaming brand announces a compact reference measuring 200 (W) x 360 (D) x 392 (H) mm. With such dimensions, this case is intended to accommodate motherboards in mini-ITX, mini-DTX and micro-ATX format.
However, it offers quite suitable limitations for the rest of our components. Indeed, the graphics card will be able to measure 305 mm in length, the CPU cooling unit 160 mm in height and the power supply 160 mm in depth.
The storage part has two 2.5″ slots completed by two other 3.5″/2.5″ slots.
As far as cooling is concerned, we have two 120 mm mills at the top and at the front. At the rear, we have only one slot in 120 mm. Obviously, this will have an impact on watercooling with a maximum compatibility in 240 mm for radiators.
Finally, let’s not forget to mention the presence of RGB lighting on the front and the presence of a lighted fan at the rear as standard. Likewise, this model has a tempered glass side panel and a perforated power supply cover.
Currently, the selling price is not yet known, however, we know that a black and a white version are planned.
