If this Intel driver bears the same name as 101.4575, released last week, don’t panic, it’s simply a WHQL version. What’s more, compared with the Beta version, the change notes are different too!

101.4575 WHQL: what’s new?

Intel 101.4575

New features include an optimized driver for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart and Remnant II. The Beta version focused on Exoprimal and Jagged Alliance 3… As well as boosting performance on League of Legend. Yes, we’re talking about framerate increases reaching 10n 1440p and 6n 1080p.

In addition, the patches are the same, with no changes here:

  • No more crashes or freezes on Halo Infinite in DirectX12 mode after loading the game menu.
  • No more corruptions in streaming game capture mode on Dota 2 (DX11) with XSplit Broadcaster software.

Otherwise, there are still a whole host of identified issues to be resolved. Pêle-mêle, we have :

  • Shadow of the Tomb Raider may crash after loading the game
  • Blender 3.6 may crash during rendering when hardware Ray Tracing is active
  • Adobe After Effects may crash during rendering operations
  • With some games, Arc Control Studio may generate multiple video files incorrectly.
  • Etc.
