Intel publishes an update of its Arc GPU Graphics Driver. The latter is now in version 101.4091 and brings some fixes, especially on Warhammer 40,000: Darktide!
Arc GPU Graphics Driver 101.4091: some additions, some fixes!
Obviously, this is not the big update that was supposed to bring a performance boost to Arc Alchemist GPUs. However, this version brings some small additions and fixes. Among the new features, we note that the Intel Arc Control now supports desktop mode autonomously. Also, this release brings support for Core Mobile CPUs (Raptor Lake-P) with Iris Xe or UHD Graphics iGPUs.
Among the fixes, we have:
- Intel Arc:
- Fixed crashes encountered when selecting characters on Warhammer 40,000: Darktide with DirectX 12.
- Intel Core:
- Fixed color corruptions in gameplay on Need for Speed Unbound with DirectX 12.
- No more intermittent crashes when launching Total War: Warhammer III in DirectX 11.
- Fixed color corruptions on some maps in Battlefield 2042.
A few issues still need to be addressed, including :
- In-game texture corruptions on Warhammer 40,000: Darktide are still present.
- Same thing on Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves
- Crashes in Total War: Warhammer III are still present when loading battle scenarios.
- Corruptions of some buildings and floors are still present on Call of Duty Warzone 2.0.
- And so on.
