Intel publishes a new version of its Arc GPU Graphics Driver. The driver of the blue is now in version 101.4311 and offers support for new games. Ditto, we get performance improvements, sometimes serious in some games. Lets take a look at it.

With this new version, Intel focuses on adding support for new games. We are talking about Boundary, Minecraft Legends, Total War: Warhammer III – Mirror of Madness and Dead Island 2. With this version, you are ready for future releases like Minecraft or Dead Island 2.
That said, Intel also treats us with performance improvements. Compared to their old version 101.4257 :

- Up to +6% in 1440p at high with an A770
- Up to +7% in 1440p high with an A750
- Up to +17% in 1080p ultra with Ray Tracing with an A750
- Dying Light 2 Stay Human (DX12):
- Up to +6% in 1080p high with Ray Tracing on an A770
- Up to +7% at 1440p high with Ray Tracing on an A770
- Dirt 5 (DX12):
- Up to +8% in 1080p in ultra with Ray Tracing with an A750
- Up to +4% in 1440p ultra with Ray Tracing with an A750
- Deathloop (DX12):
- Up to +4% in 1080p at ultra high with Ray Tracing on an A750
- Up to +6% in 1440p at very high with Ray Tracing with an A750
Patches:
Of course, Intel also takes the opportunity to add some patches in the package. We find then :
- Microsoft Flight Simulator (DX11) will no longer crash in game
- Sea of Thieves (DX11) will no longer display corruption on the water’s edge
- The Bright Memory Infinite Ray Tracing Benchmark (DX12) will no longer show lower than expected performance.
- Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve will no longer show color corruption with Optical Flow.
