Hyte is launching a new version of its Y60 housing which is now completely white. If until now a white version was proposed, it was only for the exterior. On the current model, the interior is black, which is no longer the case here!
Y60: full white is now available!
With this new version, the case goes to full white, inside and outside. Otherwise, there is no change of characteristics since this case always measures 285 (W) x 456 (D) x 462 (H) mm for a weight of 9,6 kg.
If desired, it will still be possible to install :
- A 235 mm deep power supply
- A 375 mm long graphics card
- A 160 mm high CPU cooling unit
The storage part highlights two 3.5″ slots, also compatible with 2.5″. This means that a total of four 2.5″ SSDs can be installed, for example.
As for cooling, as standard we have three fans provided, one 120 mm at the back and two others at the bottom. If we want, we can add 2x 120/140 mm on the side and 3x 120 mm on the top. All this will allow us to install a 360 mm watercooling radiator at the top or 240/280 mm at the side.
As a reminder, the graphics card is installed vertically via a supplied riser. It can occupy up to three slots in thickness. The seven horizontal slots are half-high slots. Finally, you may have noticed, but this case is distinguished by its three tempered glass panels with no visible post!
At the moment, we don’t know the selling price, however, we imagine that it should be around $199.99 like the other versions.
