The FSP brand updates several series of power supplies. Indeed, the Hydro G Pro and Hydro PTM Pro series are now compatible with PCIe 5.0 and PSDG 3.0 standards. These updated series now have a 12 + 4 pin PCIe connector.
Hydro G Pro: power supplies with 12 + 4 pin connector!
On the program, the brand announces updates of its power supplies. The series concerned are the Hydro G Pro in 850W and 1000W and PTM Pro in 850W, 1000W and 1200W. These new power supplies are now compatible with the Intel PSDG ATX 3.0 and PCIe 5.0 standards. In fact, these power supplies now have the famous 12 + 4 pin connector capable of providing up to 600W.
For the rest, we find blocks with 80+ Platinum certification (PTM) and 80+ Gold for the others. Of course, FSP is updating its high power supplies. You will have understood that the interest is immediately more limited on the small versions of 650W and 750W.
Otherwise, as a reminder, both series have a fully modular cable management. The same goes for the electrical protections based on OCP, OVP, SCP, OPP, OTP. The PTM versions also have UVP. Finally, you should know that each block of each series has a single 12V rail.
